Season 5 - irrelevant, tosh.
Better Call Saul is excellent."
Must agree about Better Call Saul. Breaking bad ok but Saul better in my opinion. |

My favourite show of all time.Each season gets better and better..Walt is the most complex interesting antihero character I've ever seen. Gus, jess hank Saul and Mike are incredible to compliment him

I still live in hope they will make another one I don't want to give away the ending for people who are only watching it now but I convince myself a certain someone isn't really dead lol |

same here.....
a show is not boring or tedious just because it takes time to tell a story and create the characters. i love that also.
if i go and watch a big blockbuster, i love the bits in between the action that tells the story and the characters.
i have started better call saul and its great. same as BB, its about the story, the characters, the history, their lives and I love it becasue of that. its intelligent.....not tedious |

I agree with character building and story telling. I love when a show takes the time to do that. BB just wasn't very good at it in my opinion. |

It was the best show on tv in a long time. Mainly because from day 1 they had the end in sight.
The writers always said from day one it would be 4 seasons, it ended up being 5. The tv channel begged them for more and they held their ground, only doing what the story allowed.
When you were watching it you knew there would be an end, you knew it wouldnt be dragged on like other shows. That gave the slow episodes a bit more weight, they were not just padding as is often used in tv shows, they were building the story.
There isn't a single episode that does not contribute to the story. It's great. |
