Hey guys I've decided that this year I am actually going to stick to any plans and goals I set for myself. Too many times/years I ve said I ll do this or that with best intentions but they usually fizzle out early & nothing comes of it. I ve been more realistic with my plans this year so they are more manageable & reachable.
* get to the gym more
* walk the dog more
* help someone daily
* give a compliment daily
* appreciate family & friends more
* oh & get to a fab party too
What are your targets/plans/goals for 2016 guys?  |

Awe ...really like the ' give a compliment daily ' resolution ...very sweet and a great way to being positive towards life ...love it
