Yeh, no. I'm only speaking for myself here but I definitely don't think it's a compliment. It just shows lack of social skills, immaturity and considering your talking about staring at cleavage while working it also shows compete lack of professionalism. |

Is the cleavage on show, as in a v cut top, or are you staring at a completely covered up one? Either way, staring is rude. And as has been said, if you're doing it while you're supposed to be working, it's also unprofessional. |

Actually seen an article in the newspaper today that scientists carried out a test on the staring of cleavage. Turns out both men and women stare at cleavage, only men do it longer! |

Wow.
Some of us have naturally big breasts that gives us a cleavage. We are more than that though. We have a brain and even have opinions. Imagine!
