Is it wrong to stare when quoting or giving advice for work,

It has to seen as a compliment

I'd see it as a lack of social skills if you're older than 16.

Yeh, no. I'm only speaking for myself here but I definitely don't think it's a compliment. It just shows lack of social skills, immaturity and considering your talking about staring at cleavage while working it also shows compete lack of professionalism.

Is the cleavage on show, as in a v cut top, or are you staring at a completely covered up one? Either way, staring is rude. And as has been said, if you're doing it while you're supposed to be working, it's also unprofessional.

Actually seen an article in the newspaper today that scientists carried out a test on the staring of cleavage. Turns out both men and women stare at cleavage, only men do it longer!

.....oh thats completely different. ..you're allowed to actually fondle her breasts if she wears revealing clothes...push up bras have been deemed illegal since the 1950's....so she hasn't a leg to stand on.....remember. ..orange is the new black...keep us up to date on the visiting hours...

True that, i bet if i had put subject as "cleavage yes or no" the attitude of some of the bandwagoners would be different

Wow.

Some of us have naturally big breasts that gives us a cleavage. We are more than that though. We have a brain and even have opinions. Imagine!

It's not a compliment to be gawked at, or ignored while we speak.
