Just an idea. Please no inventions to have a grudge match at other members just ones for uses in general.
My suggestion
A little skirt thing for cycle shorts so when they get off the bike they can let it down so that no one needs to be exposed to the black pudding doing a bank job look. |

Let's stick with the Scottish theme, with a Kilt goes a sporran so if you're silly enough to go anywhere other than cycling wearing lycra shorts you should have to wear a big, red codpiece over them once off the bike. |
