Not long home from work in at 7am this morning left to go home at 5.30 was called back in again an hour later. Not moaning about work though as I love my job. But I need to chill now or I won't sleep, what do you guys do to chill out before bed time?

I find a good walk sorts the head out. I get super stressed in work. It's not healthy.

I'd imagine caffeine is not ideal for stress. Would also keep the OP awake!

Speaking of which, I discovered once that some "decaffeinated" teas have more caffeine in them than some ordinary teas. There's no standardised measurement apparently so it's down to the processor. It's a mad world. Rooibos, aka redbush, is the way forward. It's not from the traditional tea plant but it's damn good and naturally caffeine free.

"Look in the mirror and go "whoah" "

Surely looking at the Manbeast is the least likely thing to relax anyone?

I'm wrecked by the end of every day, the only thing that keeps me awake is caffeine after 6 pm and even that doesn't always happen.
