In my packed lunch for the day is poppy seed bap with ham,lettuce,tomato and beetroot a banana,orange and 1litre of water with slices of lemon in it.nom nom

Meath

Mine is mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, hummus, 1/4 avocado, peppers, spring onion, sprinkle of seeds, 3 oatcakes and chicken breast.

I've 2 L of water to kill by the end of the day.

I've also got an 11am snack of overnight oats with chia and berries..
