Spring onions, chopped tomatoes and small pieces of pancetta, stir-fry these and then I add two whole eggs to this, but only mix the egg whites through, leaving the yolks whole until the rest is cooked, and just before serving, I mix in th yolks .. Voila my favourite scramble eggs   |

Real eggs are the most vile, horrible, disgusting things to have ever been created.
