I’m interested in how others in particular ladies keep everything fresh in the heat .i can’t be the only one constantly jumping in the shower , paranoid.

Go commando or wear cotton underwear only, non-breathable fabrics make you sweat more.

I wear wide dresses or tshirt/short trousers both not too tight, commando underneath, no nylon or other artificial fabrics.

Stay away from the body tight clothes!
