2 Cumberland sausages,a packet of maple rashers,3 good slices of Clonakilty black pudding,2 hash browns,3 fried eggs & a slice of toasted(nearly hardened) soda bread with blackcurrant jam.And lashings of Lyons tea.Perfect way to finish a night shift. .By God you'd sleep after that

I have porridge 6 days a week with fruit (blueberries or banana but the best by far are pears) cinnamon & honey.

But on a Sundays it's always smoked salmon with scrambled egg mmmm

Weekdays: coffee or tea, low GI bread and peanut butter, fruit.

Weekends (brunch): Coffee, avocado, scrambled eggs (my daughter makes it soft and gooey, my husband makes it nice and silky, I on the other hand burn them so I don't go near the pan), streaky bacon, black pudding, sliced tomato seasoned with sea salt and cracked black pepper and a handful of fresh basil thrown over the lot.

And sometimes there's pancakes with No. 1 Extra Light maple syrup from a farm in Saint-Thérèse I used to buy from...

Yes, my family worked in restaurants...
