watched them all..I mean how can you convict people of crimes based on dreams that they had..seriously the us is a mad place..thankfully this all happened in the 80s when there was no such thing as dna analysis..should hope that it would never happen like this today..feel sorry for tommy ward 34 years in jail for crime he didn't commit and still in jail to this day..nuts  |

Ive read that Steven Avery has got a new attorney who has managed to get freedom for a number of people wrongfully convicted..so hopefully she will succeed in this one too |

Dassey deserves to be in jail for being so dumb..like if a police officer said to you "you rap*d and str*ngled her didnt you" and you were innocent and your reply was "well ok" or "i dunnoooo" or "will i be home in time to see the wrestling" or "am i in trouble" well you deserve to be in jail for being so thick |

As you can see, several of his scores have an age equivalence of 5 or 6. None of his scores have an age equivalence above 11. To give a clearer picture, a standard score of 100 is average (this relates to the CASL scores) and a scaled score of 10 is average (on the CELF-4 scores). The percentile ranks show that in many areas, 98-99% of the population would score higher than him.
These scores show that Brendan has significant receptive and expressive language deficits that would absolutely affect his ability to understand a police interrogation.
Clearly however you show little or no empathy towards him.The guy confessed to a murder he didnt do.That tells you all you need to know about his ability to engage meaningfully in the police interviews. |

Its not that i dont have empathy for his situation but on watching it back in 2015 i was screaming at my tv how could somebody be so stupid..if he really has special needs then he probably doesnt mind being in jail anyway..lord knows what he would have gotten upto if he was on the outside not very much i think..safest place he can be is in jail.. |

holy Jaysus you have to be kidding . It was obvious from the interrogation video he was coheresed into confessing . He told them what he thought they wanted to hear .

Whether hes innocent or guilty your downright explanation that he should be jail because you think its the safest place for him.Does that mean everyone with a low IQ should be behind bars??? |
