This has just reminded me of something. I worked with a guy from Cavan who lived in Dublin. While visiting his folks one weekend a girl he knew from Cavan asked for a lift when he was heading back to Dublin. He rang the local taxi company for a price then charged her less 20% as a friend price. |

Back in a former life I did a large install in a garage in Cavan. The owner asked the sparks for a sheet of paper explaining electricity costs so he could put it in the canteen to discourage waste. The next day I arrived on site and hit the canteen for a coffee. The sparks has nailed an ESB bill to the wall. It didn’t last long. |
