I was aiming for sub 3 hours and managed to sneak under by a few minutes ... I think that’s me retiring from running them fast now ??

What a great day though, those crowds are amazing and so loud!! Fun running only at that distance for me now!

You’re going to love it ... I’ve run it 4 times now ... the crowds are off the scale brilliant!! It hurts, but you’ll have amazing memories for life

I spent the day with one of the charity cheerspots, brilliant way to watch the race.

I'd decided I was giving up on marathons but have obviously entered the ballot

Wow wasn't just me then I thought it was really loud my 3rd time doing London 1st time In the rain it took me just over 6hrs very happy with that too the crowd was fucking awesome and I have put myself in for 2024 let's have it
