Be kind to yourself. Find hobbies or interests that will keep you busy. Maybe join a gym and focus on your physical health as well as mental health. Therapy is an option. Read books. Go for walks. There are so many options. Have hope. It's ok to stumble, it's ok to fall; remember to rise each time. |

Thanks lads, I’m in the gym every day, it’s that time of night you get home to the empty house and then you grab your headphones and go for a run, to get your body tired so you might get an hour sleep |
