I go to Rios whenever I'm in London and find it very relaxing.

However, I understand what you mean about feeling like an outsider - it does seem very clique-y which isn't great for a shy guy who lacks self-confidence like myself.

I have come across a few nice people though.

Unfortunately, there are some desperadoes who just continually wander around hoping to see a naked lady - they spoil it for me.

I agree with Hull. We live down the road so used to go for the spa but guys just follow you around. It's uncomfortable for women. They have a couples night on Saturday which is ok

Southampton

Even as single guy itst bad

.The other single guy's all trying to get at the cpls..They have regulars as ever time I've been same single males plus a few new arrivals. Shame could be a great place.

London

I used to go there regularly but hated how some men just follow women like zombies.

Otherwise it's a great place with great facilities.

I went again a month ago, after 2 years of not going, it was a week day and I must say that I felt so uncomfortable - and I'm a man, imagine how a lady must've felt?
