So I cried at the end of the first episode and 5 mins in to the second, I’m howling with laughter...yet it’s so damn poignant! As good as the office but just a different community. There’s another thread in the forums on it, but there are spoilers in there...luckily I missed them! |

I love ricky gervais. He got it so spot on. I lost my hubby a few years ago.
So many funny parts in it and so many parts that had me full on sobbing. It really got me. I think I’m still a bit broken  |

The last couple of minutes of each episode when, after the craziness of his day, he pauses and the sadness hits him...cracks me each time. I’m sorry you feel a bit broken...grief changes us so completely xx |

Did you watch it all? A great ending...very fitting. Only thing that killed me was that final track they played...it has other associations for me, so now I’m all topsy turvy... Awesome series x |
