Bought a new mobile for my mum Alcatel 2019 model, used the SIM card from smarty mobile turned the phone on it asks for network picked correct one but it won't make any calls .... Anyone help?

Have you gone online to smarty and activated the sim?

The phones only 2g so I need a new SIM card off to Giffgaff cheers for the help
