I have never seen it.

My son is a massive horror movie fan so I've ended up watching a fair few horrors with him.

I can still be made to 'jump' at the scary bits

Tell me what he says.

It is shot a little ambiguously too

Me and my friend always disagreed on the interpretation

Bradford

Thought the creepiest part was Peter Mullen pleading with his wife into a broken shattered mobile phone.

Those tapes literally make me shiver. With a set like that they didnt have to do much to make a decent horror just bung in a few jump scares and a few ghosts and voila. But they took it to the next level and created a masterpiece. The first time you watch it you may not get the end and think its a bit anti climatic but then you spend the next day replaying it over and over and you will end up watching it again it gets into your head like Lector getting into starlings.

Have you ever seen Wolf creek? It's set in the Australian outback based on a true story...it's gripping and to think someone actually went through it!

Does it go into Lovecraftian, or does it stay as psychological horror?
