Do you ever listen to voice notes straight after you've sent them just to see how it came across?
I tend to find myself cringing at how much I say "like", "basically" and "ummm"  |

I love voice notes, it's such a convenient way of having a conversation without the effort of typing or being committed to a full phone call  |

Nope, as I know I'd hate how they would should 
I was having a phone chat with someone a while ago, and the line had a really bad echo on it, so I could hear everything I was saying a few moneys after saying it. I'd say something that I thought was funny or sexy, then hear it back and it sounded neither, just dumb and full of 'ums'
She seemed to enjoy the chat though, so hopefully it was just me. |

I made the mistake of listening a couple of times and cringed at how animated my voice is and wished I could play it a bit cooler.
I like voice notes on the whole, I enjoy hearing another's stream of consciousness and how their mind flows, I find it fascinating and an interesting insight into someone. |

I'm sorry but are we talking about voice notes on this site? Is there a voice notes function to send in private messages? I'm really lazy about having a look at what's available and only find out by accident or when someone points it out, like this.

I get what you mean about listening back to voice notes. It’s something I’ve been introduced to by a prospective FWB after she left Fab. She’s an eloquent speaker, enjoys recording them and listening to her messages is helping me cut out the ‘erms’ and ‘errs.’
A brief pause in formulating your words do add to the arousing nature of it. There’s a lot to be said about audio erotica and it’s something I’ve explored with previous FWBs, but as a scripted narrative. Freeform, and speaking in the moment is definitely more sexy. It’s also fun to listen back to the dialogue between you, in those private moments.
When I looked up this topic on the forum, a lot of the posts were about how good it’d be to introduce voice notes to Fab. Technology limitations aside, I agree it’s not a great idea given that the facility is guaranteed to be abused and result in unwarranted spam from users, often explicit in nature without consent. |
