My Ex's nickname for me was Plumbum , which at first might seem like a nice nickname but then you realise it's not.

So have anyone else give someone a nickname that at first sounds nice but isn't ?

I am not taking about rude ones but some that you could say in public ok

Bradford and Stockport

Plumbum is the latin name for the element Lead. Hence the term plumber for a man that does pipework, going back to when water pipes were made out of lead. So you could say that you have a fancy latin name

Think about it more as being a precious material that some men are willing to climb up on a church roof to steal away.
