Doesn’t feel any different to 39 or 41 in my experience other than everything starts falling apart

You're only 40, which is less than half way through most people's expected lifespan.

40 is still young and in my case life has only got better in my forties.

From where I'm standing 40 is good. I quite enjoyed turning 40. It seems a very mature and sexy age to me and I like mature and sexy.
