"We have snow!
A proper blizzard is upon us right now.
First time this winter here in South Shields.
"
your a lot further north than me. We hardly ever get snow in Chester it always seem to land on the Welsh mountains a few miles from here |

I remember seeing the weather forecast the other day about some storm coming.
Apparently Scotland is gonna get a shit ton of snow.
Being not that far from the border I guess is why we have some. |

"Update: I peeped out the window after snow was mentioned higher up. There IS some white gear on the grass but it could just be frosty. Defo just rain tickling the windows."
Could have been sleet, some settled, but turning back to rain. |

We've had torrential rain and strong winds all day and a good few inches of snow since about 8pm. Just glad we're not in the bit that floods. The Irwell in Salford was super high at the weekend so dread to think what it's like now. |

"I'm up on a hill, thankfully. Cos the rain is torrential round here. "
My Dad text me (twice) to point out that he's miles from the Mersey. Excellent news, I wasn't aware that his house was in the same place it's been, well, since they built it in the 1950s |

"My feet are freezing.. Might have to sleep with my 'leccie blanket on all night "
I have moved into my own room now and out of sophies, so until I order one for myself I have to miss the leccy blanket |

"I think everyone in the flats below me must have ramped their heating up my rooms baking, had to kick my duvet off "
Saves on your heating bill though I guess lol
I have the opposite issue being on the end of a terrace, my bedroom is always stone cold |
