Is there a dogging code. ?? I mean with the flashing of lights , indicators or interior light. I've never sure what to do

A lot of threads giving guidance.

Best tip is to go and to just observe, getting a feeling for things. And never be a dick. It also helps if you don't constantly move your car from place to place, as it disrupts and inconveniences people, including with the headlights.
