Why do some profiles result to insulting you?

I have received 1 racially abusive messaging and another insulting one because i have not been interested in speaking to both profiles. Why do people feel you must speak to them or force an interest? |

They feel entitled to your attention as they have shown you some. I think some join fab assuming no one is going to have preferences or other options.
If anyone makes racial comments or are just generally abusive then please report them to admin. |

Basic narcissistic behaviour on their part, I'm sorry this happened to you but definitely add to your block list and report.
This is mostly a place of peace and love. Sadly some people are just dicks.  |

It's frustrating because they racial abuse has happened a few times and getting a little tired of it. I don't always get a reply when i message some profiles that I like, but we are grown here. I don't result to abuses. Yes the entitlement is off the scale. |

Because this place has its fair share of vile people, the same as in all walks of life. If people feel the need to insult us it says much more about them as a person than us. We simply ignore and move on. People who out you down are already beneath you. |

Quite simply, rejection!
Some really over react when faced with it. Same as vanilla dating apps, theres always someone that will be hurt and/or angry but a few will resort to insults. |

It always makes me laugh when they call me a slag, whore or something similar. Like, ok but that obviously was something that you liked about me before I rejected you, so not really a bad thing huh little fella! Lol
The same with an ex. Oh but you enjoyed that I was a slut while I was with you, but now suddenly it's a bad thing because I don't want you? lol smh. They need to find something new. |

Yes it is usually men, but there are some pretty nasty woman on here too! Why do people have to be nasty rather than just accepting the rejection and move on. Some of the messages we get are shocking but rather than reacting we just ignore or reply something overly nice x |

Probably thinking that you’re the one being rude because they sent you a message.
Not once considering that the site clearly has a policy that ‘no reply means not interested’ so they’re actually the rude person for not abiding by that policy and then following it up by sending a rude message to you.
Entitled guys are ten a penny on this site. I don’t get too many nasty messages these days, but it’s often the straight guys not looking for TV’s on their profiles that throw their toys out of the pram when I turn them down.

In answer to your question though - I’ve no idea - but they do. If it’s not race then it’s age, gender, weight, sexual preferences etc etc etc - the list is pretty endless. Sadly there are shitty people everywhere - and fab is no exception.  |

I was told once that women in my country get killed hundreds an hour and I should piss back there to get killed too... I laugh now, but at the time I was very upset. Profile was reported, but they only create others and carry on- I have a regular harraser who keeps telling me I come from a country of whores. Such a charmer. I’ve blocked him under 10 different profiles at least, haha. |

Never understand why people turn nasty and send you abusive messages. This week I’ve been called a ego fuelled slapped and a dirty whore for not replying to messages  reported and blocked. I message people first, wouldn’t dream of embarrassing myself and sending a snotty message if they didn’t respond xx |

Sorry to hear this OP. Unfortunately it's just something that seems to happen on this site and probably others similar. People don't always realize how hurtful they can be when they can't see the person in the flesh. The only saving grace we can say is that not everyone is like that and those type of messages are very much in the minority, as least for us. |

Those who are prepared to abuse people whilst hidden behind a keyboard are in my opinion revealing their true self, no filters. Even when presented with that ugly personality type our best defence is politeness. Had a few get funny (rude and abusive) with me because I don’t want a ‘blow n go’ meet. I thank them for the compliment and wish them all the luck in finding their next cock. Then simply (block) unfortunately these plonkers are likely to be more prevalent in here because of the keyboard anonymity and lack of immediate human reaction or consequence. Essentially shallow, self opinionated cowards. (Phew that was quite a polite rant, I’m good now ) |
