Mine was fine when the first issue happened and I got the £10
But one day last week could'nt recieve texts and the ones I sent did'nt get to who they were sent to for about a day

I've had no problems, but of you haven't already tried it then turn the phone off and remove the sim for a couple of minutes...sometimes reboots your connection. I did have a problem about 18 months ago though where they had to replace my sim because it had pretty much worn out after me having it for 7/8 years - they did it the same day in store for me x |

ah, wishy; she may have a point ...
seeing as you've been hammering yr phone for 24hrs looking for vids/stills of the beach volleyball it may have overloaded lol
