Its a beautiful day here in Swansea. We had a lovely run this morning and will go out for a walk this evening after work. Its makes me want to be outdoors

Sat here giggling ... I did roll my baselayer sleeves up half way through the run lol. The second half of our route is countryside lanes with beautiful fields and animals. It was a very pretty run and makes you smile.

Oh grrr, keep a pair in work. I used to keep a pair of flats in work just in case I went out for a stroll at lunchtime.
