football for me (to the point the puppy now knows when its on and goes and sits in the kitchen  )... live music too.
not massively exciting, but both things I've genuinely missed this year. |

My garden. Getting my hands dirty and nurturing my little seedlings. Ripping out rockerys and anything else to do with that space.
Then sitting back and looking at my progress.
Maybe not quite what the OP meant my getting my blood going but it certainly keeps me happy and semi sane and leaves me feeling positive |

Not sure now, perhaps thats why I am here!

Travel.
Waking up early and walking up to my paddocks with the world all quiet around me. Really gives me a nice energy.
Then taking the horse out for a nice hack and getting the old boy galloping. He loves it as well. |

I should, but need to lose some weight first.
Also I find it difficult to get my head around the idea of paying to do it, when I used to be paid for it! And the riding school horses are a bit dull tbh, I like the youngsters or the ones with spirit! |

Even though I don't drink, I love the history behind cocktails, the origins and changes that that they have gone through, the times and culture that created them.

My bass guitar, it helped me to quit smoking and eventually quit smoking altogether. I don't play in a band or anything its just for my enjoyment, helps me relax and clear my mind. |

Day to day would have to be getting out on my motorbike, long drives, hitting the gym and music and playing guitar. Beyond that, going snowboarding when I get the opportunity |

My kids, travel/adventure abroad or here urbexing, weights, running in the peaks, cooking, art, photography, my work. I tend to be passionate and hi energy about all the things I do even love just putting the radio on and spending an evening smashing all the housework once a week |

Not sure, to be honest. It doesn’t feel like much, if anything, does.
I used to have pretty keen interests in the past, but they’ve all fallen by the wayside either due to life changes or just not being interested in them any more.
I like watching F1, but don’t always get the chance due to family commitments. I used to follow UFC quite closely, but with everything being PPV and the event times always being awful, I’ve given up and just read the follow-up articles now.
