Lived up to expectations and more, 9/10 . Could only be bettered by ending with a night of passion and winning the lottery ( neither of which are very likely lol ) |

"What’s been your highlights or lowlights?
What score would you give it out of 10? "
Highlights: I did an online course in Dementia today which was very informative and interesting (I'm in healthcare in the real world)
Lowlights: We had a team meeting and we all got upset thinking about the past year and how we've had to change and adapt how we work and that we can never go back to how we worked before. |

up a bit, right a bit...that's the spot |
I went to clear out my desk at work and got a compliment from the usually grumpy security guard, and was told I'll be missed by several people
Downside, I had to do supermarket shopping But, my favourite cashier was working and he always makes me laugh, so it wasn't all that bad after all.
A solid 8 out of 10 |

Highpoint Sat on Holkham Beach watching my dogs have the time of their lives in the sea. Was lovely just listening to the sea and sun bathing.
Low point because I wanted them to run free I walked chuffing miles to get there and had to carry a shit ton of water with me for the doggos. And bags of dog presents on the way back. |

Highlight hmmmmm
Lowlight most of it. Cried several times this morning and kept thinking about yesterday's it's OK to not be OK thread, my answer would have been very different. Teenager being a self centred twunt, little one screaming or not doing as he was told most of the morning. All followed by work and complaining people on the phone.
Oh I did get to clean windows in the sunshine and the part of swimming that wasn't the little ones lesson was actually pretty awesome because he was brave and had fun and smiled the whole time.
5/10 |

Emotionally up and down because one of my kids had a bad day in School and I feel upset on his behalf.
But on the plus side, today was my last day in work this week so a long weekend ahead.
A strong 7. |

"A woman was staggeringly rude to me.
But I finished work early, bonus."
Was that through work or out of the blue.
I can sometimes struggle with the attitude of very unreasonable customers. But, if I don't handle them right then it makes me feel bad...like I should be better than that.
So I realy try not to take it personally but, I do have to bite my tongue in extreme cases.

Worked at home (as has been usual for over a year now), lots of bits of things to do.
Had an interesting lunchtime
Listened to a ridiculous webinar on stress right at the end of the day. It was so stressful to listen to that I couldn't concentrate on my marking.
Pushed up to the docs for my second Covid jab in record time, got covered in mud, then another record on the way home and got VERY wet
7.5/10 |

.I filled the bird feeder to watch the birds in the garden
.Fed the little sygnets and swans that comes past on the canal
.Cooked lovely scrambled egg and bacon, then made a fresh fruit slushie
Downside, I am still bored and fed up of lockdown and my bed headboard just broke off the bed |

Highlight - I set a new 5k PB (using that B very loosely there). I did not drown in a pool of boob sweat, the beautiful woman I always see at silly o clock running smiled at me. At least I think she did, sweat was stinging my eyes and I might have hallucinated her in exhaustion.
Lowlight - My favourite bra's underwire started poking through and trying to murder me in a TEAMS meeting. And it's not sold any more. Fare well sweet bra, you've supported me during my low points, kept me perky and been the best wingwoman a girl could ask for. |

Woke up feeling relaxed and thought it was going to be a good day when I saw I had messages from a special lady friend.
Came on the forum and was having a laugh, and then it all went downhill after that.
Pre 3pm score 6/10
But then kids came here. Cooked tea, had ice cream, now playing GTA so bumped the score up to a 7/10 day. |

I’d give mine an 8/10
Highlights - would be getting another 10k steps in this morning, finally locating sweet chilli Philadelphia cheese (seems to be like gold dust here) and a phone call from a special friend
Lows... visit to the dentist which is now preventing me from indulging in my Philadelphia cheese and crisp addiction as I am yet able to chew!

I had a late night last night with my partner larking about.
He went home and I had a delicious lie in.
A bit of work from home, all very easy and some good news of getting some project funding, yay!
A walk and catchup on the beach with a friend.
Picked wild garlic in the woods with my daughter after school..this was the highlight.
Some other mama duties including teenage taxi service and cooking dinner etc.
I'm now in bed with a glass of wine (just one).
Busy but nice.
I grew some freckles too |

He never used to be that bad until his boss changed and the guy who's now his boss is a first class prick so he panders to him and we get the brunt, just had a shop expansion and refit so he was in to inspect that, the prize prick is in on Friday with another big wig oh yay! |

"I had a late night last night with my partner larking about.
I grew some freckles too "
I walked through a wood with a carpet of wild garlic the other day. It was just coming into flower. I didn’t pick any though as I was too far from home. I like making pesto with it. |

"I was awake until 2am and up at 5.50am because I couldn’t get back to sleep. Rare for me, I love my bed .... the day has been stressful and I’m tired.
Tomorrow starts at the dentist so it won’t be much better either
My grandson stayed over in the week and I only managed a couple hours of sleep! Long gone are the days when I could get away with no sleep!
Good luck at the dentist. I had to have a back tooth pulled 3 wks ago ....sad times"
Hopefully I will be there less than 20 mins! |

9/10 for me...
No work today
Did a hardcore workout
Finished taking up the million tiles downstairs ready for new flooring
5 mile walk & it didn’t rain
Had my first vaccination jab
All in all pretty good day! |

6/10
Work was pretty much the same but fairly straightforward and chill which was nice.
Then I went cricket training and while it was good to be playing, I was very rusty and burned out quickly.
However, I've had homemade fish and chips and watching TV which is very nice |

"7/10
A long 11 hour day, but there were 6 of us in the office for the first time since Lockdown 1! A happy highlight.
Low point? Waiting for a message that still hasn't come.
"
Better than yesterday then! |

It definitely was great to see other people for the first time in ages. Look forward to hopefully improving as the Summer goes on |

There and to the left a bit |
Solid 8/10 for me - nearly 18000 steps done - scales this morning read a quarter pound over 13st (end of January they said 15st 4lbs) - work wasn't too onerous - won £11 on Euromillions last night - in fact the only downside so far was when I checked the weekend weather. |

"Lowlight: waking up another year older.
Highlight: smashing the assessment I've been anxious about for a couple of weeks.
8/10"
Happy birthday! And congratulations on the assessment. Sounds like a 10/10 day to me. |

Good job on the weight loss. Just put a coat in your bag on the weekend. It’ll be fine. |

Go you! That's a fantastic weight loss!
Glad things are good for you. I haven't seen much of you recently here. Mind you I've not been on that much myself x |

My day has been a solid 8.5, good progress on uni assignment this morning, then eating lunch with a good pal, at a street food place in Solihull in the sun |
