Absolutely use it. Even it was two days after I'd still use it. It's only a guide. So much food gets thrown away when it's ok to eat

Cook it. And even if it was a few days over as long as there wasn't actual mold on it and didn't smell funny. Use by/best before dates can be bit arbitrary.

Nobody can safely say online.

How long in fridge? What temp? Does it smell? Any mould? Loads of variables.

Only you can judge.
