I've got a little dishwasher which is big enough for a person living alone. I'm not a fan of washing by hand.

Defo dishwasher!

Washing machine broke, that was an inconvenience. Took a few weeks to replace.

Dishwasher broke that was a catastrophe! was replaced in 2 hours

I haven't had a dishwasher for 9 years, and tbh I don't miss it. I don't mind washing dishes, I pop Alexa on and sometimes share the task with my son and its the perfect opportunity to chat.
