Listening to the radio this morning a bloke claims he hasn't slept for 3 days not having that how much sleep do you need me 6 hours ok any less struggling

I can survive on 3-4 but generally try to aim for 5. Insomnia is delightful

These days 6 hours is more than enough for me to start my day. Though i used to be an 8 hours guy.

At the moment I don’t really sleep. Well my sleep is constantly interrupted with thirst and loo trips. The longest I’ve slept in a long while in one go is 4 hours

Try and aim for 8 hours a night. Been sleeping very well of late think it’s the time of year as can have windows wide open and lots of fresh air circulating.

I have been functioning quite well with about 5 hours when working. Have an hour or two extra on days off

My sleep pattern is shot, sometimes it's 4 hours, sometimes 8 or 9
