I've thrown my undies at people yes. Aimed at the head, yes. Also exchanged my entire outfit, including underwear, with a random guy on stage in Tenerife. It was in exchange for a massive pitcher of cocktail as a prize. The guy was very lovely and polite but the cocktail was disgusting!
