I love holding my partner's hand, it's comforting and reassuring and relaxing. I like being generally close to him, even when we're both on the sofa and he's sorting out golf with his friends and I'm messing about on here, he'll absentmindedly rub my feet or stroke my back. In a few years he'll be one of those doddering old men and I'll still hold his hand, even then.

I am a very tactile person. If any of you have read the book the 5 love languages, I know that physical touch is my number one way of expressing love and affection.

Touch doesn't have to be sexual to be enjoyable and to feel that sense of bonding with your partner.

I do enjoy holding hands, linking arms, and generally any form of physical connection and contact.

Yes I am a touch slut and that's never going to change.

My Mum and step-Dad got together when they were in their early 70's and 80's respectively. They held hands from the start and still do.

We're happy to stop for a kiss in Asda or walking down the street and always snuggle up on the sofa together.
