Prior I would have said Floyd or Rick Stein. However I must confess with the modern age of YouTube I must say my absolute favourite TV chef is Felictas Then. Okay she's not in the same league as Michelin chefs, but she is a good cook. Oh and she's just so awesome.

Michelle Roux Jr for sure. It's not his food, but more him as a person. I like Tom Kerridge too.

"Nigella "

I'm not being sexist but I've never considered Nigela to be a great chef. Of course there are amazing female chefs, like Michel Roux juniors daughter, she is good.

I suppose she’s more of a tv cook than a chef that actually cooks in restaurant kitchens but I find her brill anyway

I've got a massive crush on Nadia. Plus she did it the hard way, so massive respect to her.

Andi Oliver!

I love that program where she has a member of the public Vs a chef.

Love it when a chef begins to doubt themselves....

I’ve worked for and met Rick Stein. Unfortunately I look a bit like him. Once when cleaning out back the new manageress gasped “Rick?” as I swabbed the grimy floors.

I love Nigella - she makes fabulous food and is so watchable. She could do a weekly 30 minute show about ironing and I would watch her

Nigel Slater - I love how much he really really loves food and does things like dip bread in hot bacon fat. My favourite Salad - fennel and pear is ine of his recipes.

Heston - so different and brilliant

Keith Floyd is the first TV chef I remember and he was a character and storyteller as well as a chef.

Jaime - I admire him. Hes worked hard and had some tough times recently. He cares about people enough to try and improve our childrens school dinners. Well done my friend.

Yottam Ottelengi - amazing and such interesting flavour combinations.from the Middle East. Wow

Hugh Fearnley Wittingstall - River cottage. I would live to live that life.

Antony Bordain. I need say no more

Catherine Fulvio.

She's pretty good but she's also on a show called Lords and Ladles. There's just something about the history of food that I find interesting so I enjoy the show even though its not great haha
