I'm going through an insomniac phase so waking up ridiculously early  brain needs to shut up!

I usually work 50-60 hours a week so it’s nice to have time to myself to do whatever I want |

 yeah you deserve some you time for that definitely! 48 enough for me although kids knacker me out more than work |

u poop the bed? I wouldn't get up at this time if wasn't at work I'd say start with bit of boring & work up to fun end the day on a high note  |
