My wife and I are looking for a couple of nights away somewhere nice with a hot tub

Sherwood Forest

Matlock Bath (has cabins with hot tubs) or Tattershall Lakes are both on 30mins from us and both are beautiful

I don't know how far you want to travel but if you are ever up this way I'd definitely recommend having a look at these
