So I think the heat has finally got to me. I woke up this morning with a stuffy nose, looked down and saw blood on my pillow and duvet, half expecting to find a horse's head when I pulled the covers back.
Turns out I had a nosebleed in the middle of the night and never realised it but it shocked the hell out of me when I woke up. Has anyone else these issues in the heat or have any advice on how to prevent it?

I would consult an actual doctor rather than internet doctors on a sex site. |

"Have you been suffering with any fever or blowing your nose a lot? That can make your nose bleed"
Had a bit of a fever from my second jab I received on Friday but not really been blowing my nose |

Haha nope, I don't suffer from hayfever. Hopefully it's just a phase and I'll just put a towel down at night  |
