I never dreamed for 1 min that joining fab would prove to be so meaningful!
I've logged on not having had the best day and come off smiling at random posts and banter.
Had unexpected messages from people off the forum just checking that I'm OK. Or, just saying hi.
I have felt the caring from others and that goes a long way!
I have had really great experiences and met some truly good people.
So, you wonderful lot wishing you a great day!

I'm a newbie here myself and I was a bit cautious about posting in forums as I've been in some that aren't very welcoming to newbies but I have to say Fab members have been a delight to talk with.

Nice to hear your feeling a little brighter. I’ve got far more from here than I ever bargained for and some amazing friend from the forums. I know shitty day or advice needed this tends to be the first place I come...more decent advice given here than many other social platforms.xx |

The forum is hard to stay away from because of the variety - and generally it's a 'good' place to hang out in.

That is why I will never leave this place. It cheers me up! My interaction has been reduced due to long and stressful working hours but being on Fab for a bit each day makes me happier. |

This forum is a revelation. Life is quite lonely at the moment and I can't see it changing any time soon so having a place to talk to other people has been great the last few days. Social media is fine but it's hard to have open and honest conversations on there. |

It's always nice to know if we want to put a smile on our faces then it's a pretty much cert that a nose in the forums can lift our spirits.

When T was taken ill (at Swingfields) & then diagnosed with cancer we had so much support from fellow fabsters - more than some of our real life friends.
We will always be so grateful for that support. It really did help get us through the toughest time of our lives xx
