Why on earth are you turning over a fried egg? Surely you just bathe it in the oil with your spatula to cook the yolk but keep it dippy?? |

It stays dippy when I flip it. It’s only on its back/front for a few seconds |

Oh god no! Dippy egg always. I don’t use proper oil though. I use 1 cal spray. Makes the edge of the white nice and crispy. |
