Never really found anything with that "wow" factor, but I suppose the closest is maybe the vibrating cock ring, but sometimes its just more annoying than the benefits. We have tried a few that were close to pointless, some of the lubes and heat/cold tricks can be fun, but not really "toys".

We was real lucky, got ours a while back from a well known auction site, and there just happen to be a bunch of them at that time so we got ours for 45 quid and real good condition.
Never had a problem with it, kicks out some power on high as well
