There is a anonymous person at work who is not flushing the loo. We are trying to get to the bottom of it nothing yet any suggestions how we may catch the culprit. Thank you

Just sit outside the toilet and check each time someone comes out? Or set up a buddy system where you everyone works in pairs to check up on each other.

Put a sign up in the loo, if you find em rub their nose in it.

It could be a number of people and the drainage is throwing it back.
