My life has really become so boring sadly, the highlight of this week, going to Aldi to do my shopping

Surely a trip to Aldi is exciting! They have the best chocolates for one and a great alcohol section, and organic oats. And... so many wonderful things and all affordable.

I had nails done today. How small.. how vain.. but still a highlight. They look like sky on a Summer night

and the girl who does them for me is so gentle and always gives me little extra pampering. I needed that touch and care. And a giggle.

However small it might seem to others, if it makes a big difference to your wellbeing, lasting or not.. celebrate it.

Durham, North Yorkshire and can travel

My highlight is 3 days of tough going exercise in a row and burning an average of 510 calories per session. Only tomorrow to go and I can have a rest day on Friday before bootcamp on Saturday.

My highlight was coming home.

Weekend with the family and they live on a street. Just the noise pissed me off.

I was glad to be back to utter silence and my half converted Steading. Just bliss and tranquility
