Them : Fine thanks. And you ?
Me : Fine thanks.

Them : I wanted to say...blah blah blah.
My friend Bob is more direct.
Bob answers phone.
Bob : "This is Bob. What do you want ?"
Bob cuts out all the other nonsense and gets straight to the point.
We need more Bobs
