Always told by parents, don't get yourself covered in tattoos. One day you'll be a Grandad and will look stupid..

Don't start shaving until you really have to.

I did actually take this advice. I now only have to shave once (maybe twice) a week.

Enjoy yourself before settling down.

Career started at 16. Engaged at 17. First child and married at 20. Second child closely followed. Now at 24, and that children aren't hanging from my nipples, I can have my fun

I think I much prefer it this way! I'd still be single now if I followed that advice.
