Hey guys thanks for coming, we’ve done the ground rules (phones off or at least to silent, respect other people when they’re talking, make sure we all return promptly from breaks etc) now before we start let’s have a bit of an ice breaker to increase the energy a bit in the room!
Ok people of Fab.. what ANIMAL best describes you and why?

As for the question I wanna be a Caterpillar and laze about on a leaf knowing I won't always be this fully because one day (in more than two weeks) I will be a beautiful butterfly!! |

Thankfully I've never had to do a corporate away day. I would hate them.
As for an animal, I'd have to be a cougar. Wild and can't be tamed, and yes I would (have) fuck younger guys. |

What kind of hell is this? Introduce ourselves? Not on any corporate days I've been on.
Where's the meal and drinks and what activities have been laid on?

A rat - considered by many to be vermin but a beloved pet to a select few. Inquisitive about the world around it, not too bothered where it lives and at home in most environments so long as there's food.

I’m at crossroad between being a dolphin and a butterfly 
Im friendly, love social interactions and love learning new things but I can also be quite frail at times and flutter about a lot looking pretty
If a dolphin and a butterfly had a child, it’d probably be me |

I used to organise these things and to be an observer was the best place, some of what they ask you to do on the spot is madness.
Although I did enjoy the one rule we always had, if you are late back from break / lunch you had to stand in front of the whole team and sing for a minute |
