Is there anything inanimate that you have fallen out of love with recently?

Mine will probably be reading. It's an escape but I currently have so many responsibilities that I can't zone out for that 5 hours it turns in to.

Not done it for a good few years now

Housework

I’ve been staring at the same but of fluff on the carpet everytime I go into the lounge for 2 days now. I keep thinking I need to hoover I just haven’t got it in me at the moment. So tedious!

Exactly this! I had a job for 2 years where I had the time to read and I would get through a book every couple of days! I read a book last week in 2 days and I know there won't be time to lose myself in the pages of another for the next 4 weeks. It's kinda sad really

Scale model making aircraft and cars. I've just gone and lost my mojo at the moment, can't seem to find the motivation.

Started a book a few months back and hadn't picked it up for a few weeks untill yesterday

Same!! I'm currently in a snacking mood, begrudgingly trying to find my pattern so I can carry on with my project

Making model aeroplanes. I love it, but I just can’t get my head in the right place.

Yep, that’s the last shreds of my credibility destroyed. No loss though, I’ll just persevere

Reading. Always had my head in a book since I was very young. I just don’t seem to have the time anymore

I’ve got so many unfinished bits, I’d always be starting new things I’d spotted
