Why is it never Fred who died last week of heart failure, or Nancy who died in 1982 from a freak lightening strike, that haunts the houses on these programmes? Its always a child from the victorian age people or a lady from the Edwardian times…. Anywho tell me your supernatural stories |

Trust me we still have a candle of light that we burn once a month to create peace in the house ..."
Out of interest do you live in 19th century Italy? |

I've mentioned this before so I'll be brief.
I used to speak to an early morning cleaner at work, who also worked afternoons.
I didn't see him for a while so was pleased to see him nod a greeting in reception as I left the office and as I drive away just noticed the back of him cycling away.
The next day I mentioned to a colleague that I was glad to have seen him as it had been a while.
She replied that he'd died some weeks previously. |

Old Mrs Davies rummages through the attic most nights, banging away. I was told years ago it was an old dear that lived here up until the 50s. She doesn't bother me |

It’s pretty spooky but also kind of nice, like he wanted to say goodbye |

Remember when Derek Acorah used to get “possessed” by spirits during Most Haunted and would then speak in their voice and with their accent?
Then he did a show where he was going to do a seance with Michael Jackson and he was going to speak in his own (Dereks) voice not that of Michael.
Funny how all of a sudden his ability to take in the voice of the deceased was impaired when it was famous celebrity who everyone knew what they sounded like, isn’t it? |

I have seen and spoken to my Dad, he came to visit my newborn son.
Dad died while I was pregnant with him, I asked if he could stay and he said he couldn't but would never be far away from the baby. I believe that my Dad watches over him for sure |

I had similar. My dad passed a few weeks before my son arrived.
After feeding the boy I put him in his cot and went to get back in bed and there was an indentation at the bottom of the bed where someone had sat but hadn't been before.
Now we have a siamese cat called Billy who visits and was a cherished pet by former owners. |

That is lovely, and so comforting to know they're there.
I used to have my old German Shepherd visit. I would feel his body curled up in his spot on the bed and the outline of his ears in the dark, was comforting knowing he was there. Not seen him since we got our new GS, it's like my boy knows he doesn't need to come back. But the new boy has never slept in my old boys spot, he has found his own spot lol |

When he was really young (3 or do I forget exactly) my son came down and said how the lady in his room won’t talk to him we shot upstairs to see and he pointed out where she was and said she looked like his grandma but wouldn’t reply to him. We assumed it was my grandmother who was the double of my mam looking in on him that was the first and only time she was seen
A house we later lived in while I got current house ready to move into for all we never seen anything(appart from my son who seen a woman’s face amongst my daughters teddies on top of the wardrobe and climbed over his sister sleeping in the next bed to avoid walking past the wardrobe to tell us) the noises and feeling of unease was something I never can forget.
Doors would randomly creak open a few inches things in other rooms would fall footsteps and creaking around in other rooms can be heard one night I heard slow footsteps up the stairs
One incident I remember is my daughter had a convertible car for her dolly’s which had a radio in that never ever worked well or picked up a clear signal yet in the middle of the night it woke us up playing classical music loud and perfectly clear it must have been turned on from day one and randomly decided to work in middle of the night still remember the fear getting out of bed to investigate before knowing what it was . I used to be convinced I’d see something every time I’d come out toilet in middle of night so practically would rush back to bed with eyes closed
It calmed down after a few months but never went fully we figured it was the old couple who owned it before they died making sure we meant their home no harm |

Wherever the wind takes me |
An ex boyfriend had a happening in the daytime. When he was younger, he and his friends were messing around in an old vintage car (i forget who it belonged to). My ex sat in the driver seat whilst his mates were outside chatting only for them to suddenly get all panicky and told him to get out the car quickly, when he got out and asked what was wrong, they said there had been someone sat next to him.

I thought my house was haunted this morning.
I was in the bathroom and saw this grotesque, phantom like creature staring straight at me.
Then I realised it was my reflection in the mirror.
I can’t tell you the relief. |

Ive had a few experiences (Mr), some shared and hard to explain. We also had a group experience at work which I do not doubt occured due to one of two people not being of character to fabricate such a story. |

Sister had visits from a family member that passed but had no idea he had until she told mum, screamed the next time and he never came back.
Also had one walk across the landing and just dissappear |
