Planning on returning to the attic soon in the new year.. Not been sicne before covid so a long break and I can be shy so need to break the shy habit.. And get back in the club.. I have started going back to the gym and plan to go kung fu classes in the new year something always wanted to do but was way to shy to go,but I am determined to go.
If I have time sometime in the near future I am thinking of doing yoga... My body is no longer flexible, last time it was flexible was when I was on a motorbike and hit by a car and for a moment has I bounced of his car I would have been flexible like a rag doll.
And silly has it sounds I want to eat more veg and health stuff.. Never liked veg even tomatoes or any salad at all.
So a lot of changes I hope if I can stick to them all.
And in time once I feel better within myself I am going to join a proper dating site see what happens |
