Before lockdown I was a 40A (I went into M&S and got measured.....), but I'm thinking that's more likely a 42B now...... whichever, it makes bra buying quite difficult...... |

Not sure about uk but know someone who had it done in Poland coat about a grand and a half but that was a fair few year ago |

Measure under the moob.
Whatever that is, is your band size. If it’s an odd number size up to the next band even number.
Then measure the moob at the fullest part ( ideally in. A soft fitted bra - don’t forget to make that your default pic.
If this measurement is +1 you are an A cup. If it’s + 2 B cup + 3 C cup if it’s +4 D cup and so on. |

Measure around your ribs under your boobs, then measure across the front of your nipples, take the little number from the big number and each number is a letter |

I’m gonna guess a 42 b but if I can get a volunteer I’ll record you an instructional video. Mine are freshly renovated so the jiggles been discontinued which would make for a dull example |

OK, this is how I did it.
Measure your chest in inches but just below the man boob. This is the number A, go up one if you get an odd number to give the number in your bra size.
Then measure your chest a bit higher where the boob is biggest. Take number A away from this number. If the difference is 1 inch it's A, 2 inches B, 3 inches C and so on.
