Still seeing a lot of people asking for guidance on building an attractive / enticing profile

What are your suggestions for newbies coming to the site for the first time?

My advice will always be don't take advice from random people on the internet.

Otherwise all profiles will be the same boxticking list of things others told them might help.

If a profile is going to truly reflect the person behind it then it should be up to them what they put in it and others will have a more accurate picture.

I think something that shows that they are taking this site seriously - they’ve thought about how they can best sell themselves.

There’s no size fits all and as someone said it will look robotic if everyone done the same thing.

Good photos and a fairly detailed description and you’ve trimmed your interests and age preferences to show you’ve thought about it all.

The aura/vibe they give off. Although it can be to some extent linked to the eye's, smile and content of a bio it's hard to tell online. That's why we tend to keep our meeting people to clubs and opportunistic chance encounters in the real world rather than online.

So for us I'd say just try to communicate the best way you can online a little bit of your spirit.

Put some effort in!

Write a bit about you, and what you like.

What you're looking for and the type of person you're into.

How you like to go about things.

Have a variety of decent, clear, well thought out photos.

Id suggest using the forums where others have asked for assistance their is a backlog of advice given by many but no body bothers even searching this seems like a pointless exercise when the tools are available
