Been doing it for ages, have lost weight and eat healthier with it. Have the odd issue but overall pretty good. Found gousto better than its competitors too

I trained as chef many moons ago, and enjoy cooking still.

I can see how it's a go for busy people eating alone, or who burn water.

After struggling to look after myself due to fatigue/Long Covid plus depression, I'm really enjoying the Gousto boxes. I get enough food for 8 meals a week and have almost zero waste.

You still have to cook it you just get the ingredients
